How to use honey to cure acne

We have all at various times had skin problems but non have proven to be as stubborn as acne. Several over-the-counter products have promised solution overnight to no avail. Everybody is recommending that they have a solution you need to end your acne problem. Sadly most of these people are full of it and don’t know a thing about acne.

If only you know that the solution to your acne problem is around you, you will stop wasting money. Surprisingly, your kitchen has the solution. Sounds crazy? If you have honey, you may as well start the treatment immediately.

Honey is a sweet fluid produced by honey bees and derived from the nectar of flowers. The antiseptic and antibacterial properties have made honey very useful in the treatment of acne. You can use honey as a mask or as spot treatment on bumps that are open and apply the honey right there.

Application:
  • Splash your face with cold water, and then rinse it with warm water
  • Get raw-wild honey (can be purchased at a natural food organic store). It is more effective than the commercial ones.
  • Apply as a mask or directly on the spot and leave for about 30 minutes, the wash off your face.
  • Do this preferably at night before going to bed.

You will be amazed at the improvement you will see. The bump will be gone with no scar leaving your skin soft. I recommend this treatment to anyone who suffers from inflammatory acne, whiteheads, redness and zits.
