How to Use Aloe Vera to Cure Acne

My discussion with a friend prompted me to write this article. Sometimes ago, he had nasty pimples on his cheek and sought my opinion on what to use. I recommended the natural Aloe Vera, a popular houseplant to him.

After one month when he saw me, he exclaimed – It worked! It worked! At first, I couldn’t figure out what he meant until he waved over his face. Believe me, it faded away drastically.

The usefulness of Aloe Vera in the treatment of skin disease cannot be over-emphasized. Aloe Vera, specie of succulent plant has been widely known for its unique ability to stimulate cell renewal. The sugar-like substance found in the gel of Aloe Vera gives it the moisturizing properties and it has been found to penetrate the skin almost four times faster than water.

When it comes to the treatment of acne, Aloe Vera has several benefits out of which are the moisturizing and healing effects on affected skins. When gently rubbed, the gel of Aloe Vera heals inflammations, irritations, redness etc, leaving you with a clear skin.

For people with acne scar, applying the juice extract morning and night for as long as necessary will do the magic (usually between three months or longer, depending on the degree of scar). This will help to reduce or eliminate the scar and give you a beautiful skin complexion and color.

Benefits of Aloe Vera – Below are some benefits of using the Aloe Vera juice extract
  • It has no side effect
  • It can be used by virtually anybody, most appropriately for dry skins
  • It eliminates redness caused by zits/pimples
